Through the Life Shift Method, where science meets spirit, we fuse breathwork, sound healing, and energy practices to detox the nervous system and reset the mind, body, and brain. Our vision is raw, direct, life-changing healing that frees people from stress, grief, and disconnection, so they return to life lighter, clearer, and unstoppable.

The retreat takes place in Lake-head, Shasta County, California, surrounded by pine forests, scenic lake views, and the energy of Mount Shasta.
Nearest Airports:
Redding Municipal Airport (RDD) – approx. 35-minute drive to the retreat
Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – approx. 3-hour drive; recommended for international flights
Airport Transfers:
We offer round-trip airport transfer from Redding Municipal Airport for $100 per person (pick-up and drop-off included)
For Sacramento arrivals, car rentals or shuttle services to Redding are recommended
By Car:
Easy access via I-5 North, with free on-site parking available
By Train / Bus:
Amtrak and Greyhound serve Redding, with connections available to Lakehead
