We provide a safe, sacred space to release years of baggage , what feels like 50 years of therapy in one weekend ,without saying a single word. Through the Life Shift Method, where science meets spirit, we fuse breathwork, sound healing, and energy practices to detox the nervous system and reset the mind, body, and brain. Our vision is raw, direct, life-changing healing that frees people from stress, grief, and disconnection, so they return to life lighter, clearer, and unstoppable.

We offer round-trip airport transfer from Redding Municipal Airport for $100 per person (pick-up and drop-off included)
For Sacramento arrivals, car rentals or shuttle services to Redding are recommended
