Dr. One has been following a tantric yogic path for over 30 years. He has a big heart for helping people struggling with how to become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. He has worked with medicines since 2019 and is a lifelong meditator, gardener, philosopher and nature immersion lover. One holds a Certificate in Psychedelic Therapy and Research by the California Institute for Integrative Studies, one of currently only 3 university-level psychedelic certifications in the US. He uses breath and meditation all the time, believing in that all life should be lived consciously and our whole day can be one big meditation based on gratefulness, awareness, slowness and love. One loves the Ocean and sunsets in the tropics and offers his compassionate and empathic services all over the world. He regularly travels the US and Europe for you to book sessions near you or you can also come visit him in the tropics in the winter (currently Puerto Rico and Costa Rica).
