Hello, I'm Willow Green You are only one choice away from your dream! Author, Facilitator and Intuitive Coach who works with individuals and groups around the world facilitating opportunities to experience true freedom and deeper levels of love. ​ I focus on and nourish wholeness based on teachings from the Wise Woman Tradition. Everything you need is within, togetherness we will access, explore and integrate. ​ I embody a very unique and diverse set of gifts that allow me to guide my clients toward seeing exactly what they need to empower themselves and thrive. I have acquired skills throughout 25 years of traveling the world, living with and training under several spirit guides and shamans as well as from traditional education. I hold an Occupational Science Degree, NLP Certified, Reiki practitioner, 500hr Kundalini Certified Instructor, Certified CareDoula/Death Doula, Experienced Plant Medicine Integrator and Educator.

David Smythe

David did culinary apprenticeship in classically organized kitchens with European chefs while in high school near Lake George NY. His first chef’s position was 2 years at ‘The Good Karma Café’, a macrobiotic restaurant in San Francisco. His experience includes working as executive chef at hotels, country clubs and restaurants for 15 years then 30 years as professor of Global Cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he taught the entire culinary curriculum, all continuing education culinary courses and traveled extensively as international consultant for the CIA to hotels, restaurants, country clubs, luxury liners, hospitals, all levels of foodservice teaching, training and coaching.

Justine Smythe

Justine graduated with a high honors baccalaureate degree from the Culinary Institute of America and from Cornell with an MBA in hotel and restaurant administration. She has owned, operated and worked in numerous restaurants including her NY Times critically acclaimed ‘Oasis Café’, the ‘Nikko-Essex House Hotel’, ‘Tavern on the Green Restaurant’ and ‘World Yacht’ in NYC. She co-owns and operates with David and Monica-Jean the ‘Smythe House Inn’ in Saugerties, NY and ‘RENEWAL’ Retreats on the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica. Justine is Editor in Chief of ‘Ashtree Publishing’ owned by Susun Weed. She is also a Reiki master and animal whisperer.

Monica-Jean Smythe

Monica-Jean studies performance art in Woodstock, NY at ‘Voice and Improv Theater’ with Shana Kanter, ‘Arm of the Sea Theater’ larger than life ecologically themed performance art at the Tidewater Arts Center along the Hudson River with Marlena Marallo and Patrick Wadden, ‘Diamond Dance Company’ in Woodstock, NY with Kristi Klinger. She has 6 years of experience participating in and coaching at the ‘Art Effect Duchess Art Camp’. MJ is a Certified Art Therapy Life Coach of art, dance, improv and leads restorative nature walks. She also likes to swim and surf.
