About this Retreat
Halina is a Psychologist, Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator, and Focusing Method Practitioner and trainer with a deep interest in somatic sensitivity and psycho-somatic awareness. She is a senior yoga teacher (RYS Yoga Alliance) and offers yoga classes, workshops and retreats locally in Rickmansworth, UK and internationally (mostly Spain and Greece)
With a background in clinical psychology and art therapy, she integrates body-oriented practices such as Yoga, Tension Release Exercises (TRE), and mindfulness-based approaches to deeper self-understanding and transformation. Through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions, she guides clients to dwell and feel at home not just in the mind - space of our heads but in the inner ‘soul space’ of our bodies.

A Space In Time
Landing in yourself through movement, rest, and inner listening
24th - 30th April 2027
Santillian Retreat (35 mins from Malaga airport)
There are places we go to do more.
And then there are places that invite us to slow down enough to truly arrive.
This retreat is a pause from the pace of everyday life,
an opportunity to step out of doing, and into a different relationship with time.
Here, moments are not something to move through, but something to inhabit.
Through a thoughtful blend of somatic practices, Hatha and Yin yoga, TRE (Tension Release Exercises), breath and awareness, we create space for a slower, more spacious way of being.
Set within the sunlit beauty of an expansive Andalusian cortijo, with gardens overlooking the valley and the Mediterranean Sea, the retreat offers space to rest, to wander, and to be.
With indoor and outdoor practice spaces, a saltwater pool, and quiet corners for reflection,
The environment itself becomes part of the experience.
Our days follow a gentle unfolding through the body, exploring its layers, its rhythms, and its subtle currents:
Day 1 — Earth — Feet & legs — arriving into support, landing into the ground of being here
Day 2 — Water — Pelvis & hips — softening into flow, allowing movement to return
Day 3 — Fire — Spine & core — sensing direction, and the body organising from within
Day 4 — Air — Shoulders & breath — opening into space, carried by the breath
Day 5 — Space — Neck & head — widening perspective, allowing more room inside
Day 6 — Integration — The whole body — letting it all come together, in your own way
