About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

This retreat is for you if you feel overwhelmed, exhausted or disconnected - and know that rest alone is not enough anymore.

Here, you are not expected to perform or push yourself. You are given space to truly recover.

🖤 You don’t need another self-development retreat.

You might need a place where you don’t have to hold everything together for a while.

This retreat is created for people who are mentally and emotionally overloaded —
yet still functioning in everyday life.

You may be used to carrying responsibility, supporting others, and staying strong.

Here, you don’t have to.

🌿 What this retreat is about

This is a gentle, structured-but-soft retreat that supports your nervous system to slow down and reset.

There is no pressure to perform, open up, or “work on yourself.”

Instead, you are offered:
• space
• safety
• and the possibility to simply be

Many participants notice:
• deeper breathing
• emotional release (sometimes unexpected, always welcome)
• a sense of relief from constant inner tension

What this retreat is NOT
• This is not a performance-based retreat
• You are not required to share personal things
• This is not intensive therapy, but a therapeutically held space

You are always free to participate — or not.

What happens during the retreat

The structure is intentionally simple and calming:
• Slow, quiet mornings (no early schedules)
• Time in nature (forest, lake, silence)
• Sauna and rest
• Optional guided evening sessions (gentle, not confrontational)
• Space to be alone or connect with others

There is also an option to book a private 1:1 session if you feel the need for deeper support.

A quiet lakeside villa surrounded by forest, where time naturally slows down.

Over 100 years old, the house carries a calm, grounded atmosphere that gently invites you to rest. The surrounding nature, the stillness of the lake, and the absence of everyday noise create space to simply be.

You can unwind in a traditional Finnish wood sauna and, if you wish, take a dip in the lake — in summer or winter. A modern amethyst sauna offers an additional place for warmth and relaxation.
