Rest, journaling, beach time, nature walks, creative exploration, or optional massage.
4:30–6:00 PM — Restorative Practice
Yin yoga, sound bath, gentle movement, or quiet stillness.
6:30–7:30 PM — Dinner
7:30–9:30 PM — Evening Gathering
