This 5-day hands-on cooking course introduces you to the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition and provides you with the tools to prepare nourishing meals that support your unique body type and digestive health.

Whether you're new to Ayurveda or want to deepen your understanding, this course will empower you to cook with awareness, flavor, and purpose.

What You'll Learn:

Day 1 Food as Medicine
Introduction to Ayurveda and the concept of Ahara (food).Understanding your dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).The importance of Agni (digestive fire) and reducing Ama (toxins).Intro to Ayurvedic spices and digestive teas.

Day 2 Balanced Ayurvedic Meals
The six tastes and their effect on health).Seasonal eating and food combining principles. Cooking khichari and seasonal chutneys.

Day 3 Mindful Eating & Gut Health
How your mental state affects digestion. Rituals around eating: timing, posture, gratitude. Ayurvedic corrections for common mistakes. Making Takra (herbal buttermilk) and gut-soothing breakfasts.

Day 4 Cooking for Your Dosha
Identify foods that balance Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Learn to adjust meals based on your constitution. Cook personalized thalis and herbal ghee.

Day 5 Long-Term Ayurvedic Lifestyle
Weekly planning, seasonal detox, and cooking in times of illness. Prepare a dosha-balancing dinner and Ayurvedic dessert. Closing reflection and sharing circle.
