Dr. Renuka Yadav is an ayurvedic doctor, Specializing in Panchakarma with over 23 years of experience in practicing and teaching Authentic ayurveda.
She is the founder and chief trainer at Anvi Ayurved, a reputed ayurvedic treatment center and training institute in Goa, India with a branch in Turkey.
She shall be personally supervising all the treatments and also conducting workshops on Ayurved.

Day 2 Balanced Ayurvedic Meals
The six tastes and their effect on health).Seasonal eating and food combining principles. Cooking khichari and seasonal chutneys.
Day 3 Mindful Eating & Gut Health
How your mental state affects digestion. Rituals around eating: timing, posture, gratitude. Ayurvedic corrections for common mistakes. Making Takra (herbal buttermilk) and gut-soothing breakfasts.
Day 4 Cooking for Your Dosha
Identify foods that balance Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Learn to adjust meals based on your constitution. Cook personalized thalis and herbal ghee.
Day 5 Long-Term Ayurvedic Lifestyle
Weekly planning, seasonal detox, and cooking in times of illness. Prepare a dosha-balancing dinner and Ayurvedic dessert. Closing reflection and sharing circle.
