Retreat Highlights

  • The Yang style is the most widely practised form of tai chi in the world, known for its slow, even pace and soft, continuous movement. Over six days, the complete Yang 24 form is built section by section with Shifu Li — four sections at a time — so each shape and transition has room to settle into the body before the next is added.
  • Every session opens with qigong to open the energy channels and ease into breath before the form itself begins, and each afternoon offers drilling and free practice time in the shala to help what’s learned in the morning take hold.

Yang Tai Chi: The Complete 24 Form with Shifu Li Shi Feng | 10–15 November 2026 | Dragonfly Village, Ubud, Bali

Six days working through the Yang 24 form with Shifu Li, one of the most widely practised tai chi styles in the world, prized for its slow, flowing movements and deep calming effect. Every day begins with qigong to open the energy channels, then flows into the form itself, building it piece by piece until it feels like second nature. 9 AM–12 PM and 2:30–5 PM daily.
