About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

This 9 day ayahuasca retreat takes place in the Sacred Valley of the Peruvian Andes and offers a safe, intentional, and deeply supportive self development experience rooted in plant medicine, integration, and emotional clarity. The extended format allows for a slower, more spacious process, supporting deeper nervous system regulation, reflection, and long term integration.

The retreat follows a carefully structured flow that balances ceremony, embodiment, reflection, and rest. With more integration days between ceremonies, participants are given time to truly process their experiences without rush or pressure.

We work with small groups of 10 to 12 participants, ensuring that each person is seen, supported, and held with care throughout the entire journey. Each guest is accommodated in their own private suite, offering personal space for rest, reflection, and integration.

Ceremonies and Practices

Four ceremonies are held throughout the retreat, spaced intentionally to allow for proper integration and nervous system regulation. All ceremonies are guided by an experienced, trauma informed facilitation team. Music supports the inner process through carefully curated playlists featuring songs from around the world. No substances other than ayahuasca are used during ceremonies.

Workshops and Practices

Workshops are designed to offer clarity, emotional understanding, and grounded integration. Topics may include:

Childhood Regression
Beyond Trauma
The Creator Dynamic
Shadow Work
Somatic Release

These workshops provide context and gentle frameworks that help participants relate their experiences to everyday life in a sustainable and embodied way.

Embodiment and Support

Practices offered throughout the retreat include:

Yoga sessions on ceremony days
Group embodiment and somatic practices
Sound based relaxation sessions
Optional massage sessions available for an additional fee

All practices are designed to support physical grounding, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation.

Before and After the Retreat

Before the retreat, participants receive structured preparation, including a one on one call to assess alignment and readiness, as well as written preparation resources.

After the retreat, integration continues through a comprehensive integration guide and ongoing community connection, supporting participants as they return to daily life.

This 9 day retreat offers a spacious, grounded, and intentional experience where structure, care, and personal process are consistently held, allowing transformation to unfold with depth, respect, and sustainability.

Daily Flow

Day 1 | Arrival and Orientation
Participants are picked up in Cusco and transferred to the retreat center in the Sacred Valley. The day includes a welcome tea, opening circle, and shared dinner. This first day is dedicated to grounding, orientation, and settling into the group space with clarity and intention.

Day 2 | Ceremony Preparation and First Ceremony
The day begins with a gentle yoga session to support grounding and nervous system regulation, followed by nourishing meals. A trauma informed workshop prepares participants for the ceremonial space, setting expectations and creating emotional safety. Optional massages are available in the afternoon. The evening is dedicated to the first ayahuasca ceremony, held in a structured and supportive container.

Day 3 | Extended Integration
This day focuses on integration and reflection. After breakfast, participants engage in art and reflection sessions and workshop activities designed to support processing without interpretation or pressure. The pace is intentionally slow, allowing insights to settle naturally in the body and mind.

Day 4 | Ceremony Preparation and Second Ceremony
The rhythm of ceremony days continues with morning yoga, nourishing meals, and a grounding workshop that supports emotional clarity and steadiness. Optional massages are offered in the afternoon. The second ayahuasca ceremony takes place in the evening, followed by rest and quiet integration.

This full integration day supports deeper digestion of the ceremonial experience. Activities include art and reflection, workshop sessions, and a facilitated sharing circle. Sharing is always optional, and listening is held with the same care as speaking. The focus is on connection, embodiment, and rest.

Day 6 | Ceremony Preparation and Third Ceremony

The day ceremony offers a different quality of engagement, supporting clarity, presence, and conscious closure of the ceremonial process.
