This 5-day retreat in Bali is designed to support a deep reset of the nervous system and the release of stored emotional tension.

Many people carry stress, emotional weight, and patterns of overwhelm in the body without realising it. This experience offers a structured breathwork journey that works layer by layer—helping you move beyond surface-level relaxation into deeper emotional release and transformation.

Through guided sessions, you will be supported to regulate your nervous system, access and release suppressed tension, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, balance, and inner stability.

Set in the peaceful surroundings of Nusa Ceningan, the retreat also provides space to rest, reflect, and integrate—allowing the changes you experience to settle in a grounded and lasting way.

This is not just about taking time away, but about creating a meaningful internal shift you can carry forward into your daily life.

Schedule

6:30 – 8:00 AM – Morning Yoga: Mindfulness & gentle flow to awaken body and mind

8:30 – 9:30 AM – Breakfast: Healthy, nourishing meals to energize your day

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Signature Breathwork Session: Calm the nervous system and release tension

12:30 – 2:00 PM – Lunch & Rest: Time to relax and enjoy the island surroundings

2:30 – 4:00 PM – Nervous System Workshop: Practical tools (EFT, Coherence, Bhramari)

4:00 – 5:30 PM – Integration Practice: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or sharing circles

6:00 PM – Dinner: Nourishing meals with mindful eating

The nearest international airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali. From the airport, participants travel to Sanur Harbor, which is approximately a 30–45 minute drive depending on traffic.

From Sanur Harbor, a speedboat takes you to Nusa Ceningan (via Nusa Lembongan), with the boat journey lasting approximately 30–45 minutes. Upon arrival on the island, a short local transfer will bring you to the retreat location.

Detailed arrival instructions and recommendations for boats and transfers will be shared with participants closer to the retreat dates to ensure a smooth and supported journey.

Guests will stay in comfortable, peaceful accommodations on Nusa Ceningan, Bali, selected to support rest, privacy, and connection with nature.
