About this Retreat
Eva Machado is a psychologist and axiology practitioner whose work focuses on perception, value orientation, and inner clarity. She integrates psychological insight with axiological frameworks, including the Hartman Value Profile, to support individuals in developing discernment, coherence, and conscious decision-making.
Her approach is grounded in careful attention to inner experience, ethical reflection, and the relationship between perception, value, and action. Rather than offering solutions or techniques, Eva creates structured spaces for inquiry where participants can observe how they perceive, choose, and relate — both internally and in the world.
Eva’s work is characterized by depth, precision, and respect for the individual process. In her retreats, she facilitates environments of silence, attention, and reflection, supporting participants in reconnecting with their own criteria, values, and inner honesty.
She is the creator and lead facilitator of The Deep Work Retreats, where psychology, axiology, embodiment, and territory come together as a living context for presence and inner work.

The Body as a Territory of Values
Yoga, Mindfulness and Axiology Retreat
February 19–22, 2026 · Tenerife, Canary Islands
Overview
The Body as a Territory of Values is a 4-day immersive retreat designed for people seeking clarity, presence, and ethical grounding through embodied practice.
This retreat integrates NexoYoga, neuroscience-based mindfulness, and axiology (the science of human values) to explore how attention, perception, and values shape the way we inhabit our bodies and make decisions.
Set by the Atlantic Ocean in Tenerife, the retreat offers a calm, structured environment to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters — not as an abstract idea, but as a lived, embodied experience.
This is not a fitness retreat, nor a spiritual escape.
It is an educational and experiential process grounded in scientific inquiry, embodied awareness, and ethical reflection.
What makes this retreat unique
Yoga as a foundation for perception, not performance
Mindfulness informed by neuroscience, focused on attention regulation and interoception
Axiology (Hartman Value Profile) as a tool for ethical clarity and self-understanding
Small group format to preserve depth and quality
Non-clinical, non-therapeutic approach, suitable for professionals and experienced practitioners
Atlantic natural environment supporting nervous system regulation and presence
