Movement has always been central to Adriana’s life. With a background in dance, she found her way into yoga through movement — a path that deepened into an exploration of breath, awareness, and self-connection. Yoga became an important part of her own healing journey, supporting her through anxiety, panic attacks, and physical pain related to scoliosis.
Her work is shaped by intuitive movement, intelligent sequencing, and emotional depth. With training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and ongoing study of vinyasa, hatha, mobility, and breathwork, Adriana creates a clear, compassionate space where practitioners can build awareness and develop a sustainable practice that supports them on and off the mat. Together with Krystsina, she is the co-founder of Sense & Presence Retreats.
Krystsina brings a grounded, embodied and disciplined presence to the work, drawing from her own journey with chronic pain and physical healing. She guides students with steadiness and lightness, encouraging strength while honoring the body’s natural limit. Her classes are a blend of Hatha yoga, functional mobility, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation, all combined in intelligent and intuitive sequences. Together with Adriana, she is the co-founder of Sense & Presence Retreats.
Details of this retreat
Think: a warm chalet, a fire going, homemade food, afternoon tea, cozy evenings together and nowhere else you need to be.
This retreat is about the ‘funny’ in-between bits of life that we sometimes don’t really know what to do with. When something has ended but what comes next isn't clear, it's tempting to rush towards an answer, make a decision or simply distract ourselves until things feel certain again.
But what if, instead of rushing through the uncertainty, we got curious about it? About the patterns we keep repeating, the things we've grown accustomed to and the choices we make without really questioning them.
Through practice, honest conversations and time for reflection, we'll invite you to look a little closer, question what's familiar and explore what you might want to do differently. There will be moments of challenge, but just as much room for rest, laughter and doing absolutely nothing.
Above all, we want you to feel like you've been welcomed into a home where you're genuinely cared for, encouraged to be yourself and given the space to figure things out at your own pace.
