Details of this retreat
From the 22nd to the 28th of March, a small circle of women gathers in a spectacular setting in Nordhoek, at the beautiful villa Seafaring. Mornings begin softly, with ocean air drifting through the rooms and light pouring in over endless sea views. Each day unfolds with mindful Pilates and grounding yoga practices, creating space in the body and calm in the mind.
Between movement and rest, there is adventure. One day leads the group to the dramatic beauty of the Cape of Good Hope, where land meets ocean and perspective naturally shifts. Another brings laughter and freedom on a catamaran trip, the horizon wide and open, the rhythm of the waves carrying everyone a little further from everyday life. Prepare your good hiking shoes for a sunset Lion's Head climb too :-)
Back at villa Sefarina, delicious meals prepared by a renowned chef de cuisine become moments of connection. Shared tables, nourishing food, and unhurried conversations deepen the sense of ease. Evenings are quiet and golden, filled with sunsets, reflection, and a warm, supportive female energy that feels both uplifting and grounding.
It is a week designed to move, breathe, explore, and truly arrive. A retreat where strength meets softness, nature meets comfort, and every detail supports rest, joy, and renewal.
There are 3 more rooms available. This will be unforgettable - I promise :-)
