My teaching invites students to listen deeply to their bodies, to understand movement from the inside out, and to experience each posture as a conversation between structure and sensation.

Linda's Eruditio Gati Vinyasa weaves into the practice Pilates-inspired conditioning and the fluidity of dance, creating a flow that travels the mat with ease, creativity, and intention.
Yoga philosophy is seamlessly integrated into the class, grounding movement in meaning.

The Program
Imagine:
Waking up as the sky begins to turn lighter blue. Opening the door to your hut, and breathing in the sublime breeze of the Red Sea. You grab your mat, and begin the leisure walk along the shore, while the Sinai mountains pass you by. As you reach the Shala, majestically standing upon the water, you are greeted with coffee/juice and a quick breakfast snack, before you slowly make your way onto the mat.
Musicians begin to play a mix of vocals, strings and bowls, and Yoga Class begins.
After practice, a dip in the most turquoise sea pool is optional, before heading back to Camp, where a rich communal breakfast awaits.
The rest of the day is packed with adventure lunches and food filled escapades. In the afternoon the Shala opens for self-practice, before we gather for a guided group meditation, also accompanied by live sounds.
Each night is then delighted by a different culinary experience, as we discover the many cuisines offered at the different Bedouin Camps scattered along the Abu Galum beach.

The closest airport is Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. Flights to SSH are available from all major European cities and beyond.
From the airport, you take a taxi to Dahab, about one hour north from Sharm.
Taxis are easily available upon exiting the airport. Or we can provide contacts for private drivers from Dahab.

Your adventure with us begins in Dahab, where we pick you up by boat as a group. Departure time depends on the tide, likely it falls mid-morning.
Once you board the boat to Seacret Path, and up until the moment you disembark back in Dahab a week later, all travel, boarding, lodging and activities included in the package are covered.
More informations about the journey to Seacret Path are provided upon commitment.

Accommodation
Most of our guests stay at Natural Lodge, where most meals are served, and self practice and most sunset meditations are held, in the stunning new seafront shala. Five delux huts are available, as well as 15 regular sea-front units. All huts have power and comfortable mattresses. Delux huts also offer fans and raised beds, and are closer to the bathroom facilities. At La Basha camp we have 5 special delux huts available for those who prefer ensuite bathrooms and need access to AC. Sunrise yoga will take place at La Basha camp.

We split our yoga experience between two Bedouin Camps along the beach, both presenting two stunning shalas on the water. Most of our meals will be served at Natural Lodge, the main camp we lodge at, in a communal context spreading under a most stunning beach pagoda. A few special dinners are served at adjacent camps. We also take our guests to off camp lunch adventures in the surrounding areas.
All accommodations are right on the water, and split between La Basha and Natural Lodge camps.
