About this Retreat
My name is Inês, and I am a Portuguese yoga teacher with a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. I have been teaching yoga for over eight years and hosting yoga retreats around the world for the past four. My classes include Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, offering a balanced and holistic approach to practice. Throughout the retreat we will explore these different practices to support what you need in each moment.
I truly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of background or experience. I see my role not as a guide, supporting you in discovering your own place, rhythm, and authentic expression within your personal yoga journey.

Details of this retreat
Yoga and ceramics are the heart of this retreat, offering complementary practices that invite presence, creativity, and connection. No prior experience is required for either yoga or clay work, this is about enjoying the process and engaging fully with your creativity.
Through mindful yoga, Inês guides a gentle connection between body, breath, and mind, encouraging free bodily expression rather than perfect postures. The practice becomes a space to listen inwardly, move intuitively, and allow the mind to rest and soften. Sessions will focus on expressive movement through Vinyasa, embodied yoga, and moving meditation, offering a space to explore the flow of the body and the rhythm of breath.
Fernanda will lead an introductory ceramics workshop, where some basic hand-building techniques will be covered, such as the coil technique and the slab technique. We will model one or more pieces and decorate them using techniques like decals, low or high relief, and slip painting. All pieces created in the workshop will be fired and glazed afterward and delivered on a date to be arranged. The focus shifts from making a “perfect” piece to enjoying the process of shaping, experimenting, and expressing (no experience needed, only openness).
