Day 4: Morning meditation and yoga, excursion to Kicker Rock, freediving and marine wildlife experience, sunset integration
Day 5: Kayaking experience, moving meditation, deep connection with nature, free time for rest and integration
Day 6: Morning grounding practice, sound healing session, freediving experience, embodiment and relaxation
Day 7: Sunrise yoga practice, visit to Tortuga Bay, beach time, ocean connection and mindfulness
Day 8: Morning reflection, Bartolomé Island exploration, farewell ceremony and closing circle
