About this Retreat
My name is Rein (1987). I was born and raised near Amsterdam and now live with great joy in the northern part of North Holland. The nature here deeply nourishes me, and you’ll often find me in the forest, the dunes, or by the sea. Alongside my love for nature, I have a deep interest in spirituality and personal development. At the same time, I am very grounded. I spent many years working in the financial sector, mainly as a trainer and coach.
My personal development journey truly accelerated in 2013. Experiences with anxiety, panic, and eventually burnout forced me to take an honest look at myself. Who am I really? What brings me joy? Who do I want to surround myself with? I realized that in many ways I was living a life I thought I should live, seeking acceptance, love, and validation from others. Step by step, the voice of my heart and intuition grew clearer, and I began shaping my life in a way that genuinely felt aligned.
Thankfully, I didn’t walk this path alone. Over the past 13 years, I have worked with various therapists, coaches, teachers and mentors. I participated in group therapy and men’s circles, and followed a wide range of workshops, trainings, and courses — including plant medicine ceremonies. My first experience was with ayahuasca, which was intense yet exactly what I needed at the time. It showed me how my need for control was actually a form of self-sabotage.
In the years that followed, other plant medicines came into my life, including truffles and mushrooms. In my experience, psilocybin carries a gentler, more subtle energy compared to the more directive nature of ayahuasca. When people ask me what it does for me, I often say: it opens my heart and awareness, deepens my connection to my feelings, and reveals what lies beneath my protective mechanisms. It frequently brings clear insights around dilemmas or choices I’m facing in everyday life.
After many personal journeys, I began receiving a strong inner calling to guide others in these profound experiences. I started years ago facilitating ceremonies from my home. Nowadays I work from my own warm and welcoming location. Each time, it feels magical to hold space for your journey. Creating a safe, loving, and powerful container in which everything is welcome, all in service of your personal growth and transformation.
I look forward to meeting you!
Petra has been working as a burnout coach since 2012, guiding people in her private practice and in the natural surroundings of the Schoorl dunes. Her work centers on personal growth, inner calm, and self-awareness, using a refined questioning technique that gently opens the door to the unconscious.
In recent years, her love for working with groups has grown. In her truffle ceremonies, she brings together presence, softness, and the magic of the environment, held in a warm ceremonial space or, when the weather allows, in her atmospheric garden with a fireplace, surrounded by beautiful trees. You are truly welcome here.
During the ceremony, Petra guides meditations, helps you land in your body, and intuitively responds to whatever arises. Sometimes she is soft and in the background, other times offering that one question that opens something within.
Her energy is warm, playful, and grounded at the same time, creating a space where you quickly feel safe, allowing you to meet yourself with openness and ease.

Over two days, we guide you through a carefully held truffle journey. Supporting you to turn inward, soften, and reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, and what deeply matters to you. Truffles work in a gentle yet profound way. They help you move out of the thinking mind and reconnect with your body, emotions and intuition. What unfolds is different for everyone. Trust that you will experience exactly what you need. Although it might be different from what you think you need...

THE EXPERIENCE
Intake
After your booking, you will receive clear guidance on how to prepare: practically, mentally and physically. Additionally, we'll send you an extensive intake form.
The Retreat
We follow a calm, spacious rhythm and go with the flow:
On the day of arrival, you walk through the lush garden toward the ceremony space. Here, we take all the time needed to gently land, connect, and explore your background and intentions. There is also plenty of space for any questions you may have.
We then move into a cacao ceremony. Cacao helps you drop out of your head and into your body, opening the heart. Once you feel fully grounded, it’s time to prepare your truffle tea yourself. After that, we begin with a guided meditation before you drink the tea.
The psylocibin journey lasts around 3 to 4 hours. Afterwards, there is all the space you need to softly land again. If you feel the desire to share your experience, you are warmly invited to do so. We prepare something nourishing to eat together. When you feel ready, you can gently drift off to sleep.
The next morning, you may wake up to the sound of birds in the garden. We share breakfast together, with space once again to reflect on whatever is present for you.
By the end of the morning, we say our goodbyes, and you can return home feeling safe, grounded, and fulfilled.
* If the weather allows, part of day 1 can take place in the garden. Day 2 can optionally be held at the beach or in the forest.
Integration
We place strong emphasis on integration, so that insights are not just meaningful experiences, but become embodied and actionable in everyday life. After the ceremony and on the second day we offer you gentle tools on how to integrate this experience as good as possible. Additionally, you'll receive our dedicated integration guide with exercises, tips and suggestions.
Guidance & Safety
Safety is central: physically, emotionally and energetically. Psilocybin truffles are 100% legal in the Netherlands. The ceremony is guided with care, experience and presence. There is screening and personal alignment beforehand. You are never left alone during the journey. Nothing needs to be forced; everything that arises is welcome. Our role as guides is not to direct your process, but to hold a clear, loving and grounded container in which your own inner wisdom can unfold.
