Details of this retreat
This is a deep therapeutic accompaniment experience developed across three carefully designed meetings, created to provide containment, safety, and clear therapeutic intention.
The process begins with a preliminary individual meeting via Zoom. This is a preparatory and framing space where we establish the therapeutic framework (set and setting), explore your personal intention and purpose, clarify any questions, review all details of the experience, define the therapeutic agreement and boundaries, and provide clear preparation guidelines, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations specific to Ayahuasca preparation.
The second stage is the assisted ceremonial session, held in person from 5:00 PM until approximately 12:00 PM the following day. This is a guided internal exploration approached with conscious intention, presence, meditation, and introspection.
The Ayahuasca is served within a carefully held ceremonial structure that honors both safety and tradition. The experience is supported through grounding practices, moments of silence and introspection, live medicine music (icaros), and attentive accompaniment throughout the night. Space is provided for both immersion and supported emergence, allowing participants to move through their process with care and containment.
In the morning, we gather for gentle integration, grounding practices, and shared food to support the return and initial integration.
The process concludes with a group integration meeting, a therapeutic space dedicated to making meaning of the experience and integrating insights into daily life, strengthening emotional clarity and personal growth.
The experience includes the preliminary individual meeting, the Ayahuasca ceremonial session, sound support/live medicine music, and the group integration session.
The accompaniment is facilitated by Ana Platzer, a therapist trained in Psychedelic Therapy, working from an ethical, professional, and respectful approach.
The experience takes place in a natural environment that is carefully maintained to ensure the process unfolds in a safe, contained, and conscious manner.
P.S. The ceremony will be conducted in Spanish; however, an English-speaking assistant will be present to provide translation and support as needed.
