Activity: Snorkeling in the Hikkaduwa Marine Sanctuary. Explore the protected coral reefs and swim freely with the turtles.
1:30 PM: Lunch on the beach at Villa Kusum, with your feet in the sand. Afternoon: Free time / Relaxation (private beach, pool, sun loungers).
5:00 PM: Relaxing Yoga / Do In. Wind down to integrate the day's emotions.

Day 3 / Tuesday - Surfing and Thrills
7:30 AM: Dynamic Yoga / Do In.
9:00 AM: Breakfast.
10:00 AM: Departure for Weligama.
Activity: Surf lesson in Weligama. Enjoy the gentle waves of this legendary bay, an ideal spot for beginners.
1:30 PM: Lunch on the beach in Weligama.
Afternoon: Free time / Relaxation in Weligama.
5:00 PM: Relaxing Yoga / Do In.
7:30 PM: Dinner at the villa.
Day 4 / Wednesday - Mangrove Exploration
7:00 AM: Dynamic Yoga/Do In.
8:00 AM: Breakfast.
8:45 AM: Departure.
Activity: Kayak Safari on Lake Rathgama. Glide silently through the mangrove forest to observe the rich aquatic wildlife and birds.
1:30 PM: Lunch.

Day 5 / Thursday - Culture and Heritage by the Water
7:30 AM: Dynamic Yoga/Do In.
9:00 AM: Breakfast.
10:00 AM: Departure for Galle.
Activity: Guided tour of Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Immerse yourself in colonial history amidst Portuguese ramparts and Dutch architecture.
1:30 PM: Lunch in Galle.
Afternoon: Free time / Shopping in Galle.
5:00 PM: Relaxing Yoga / Do In (return to the villa).
7:30 PM: Dinner at the villa.
Day 6 / Friday - Deep Immersion
7:00 AM: Dynamic Yoga / Do In.
8:00 AM: Breakfast.
8:45 AM: Departure.
Activity: Scuba diving to explore the seabed. This is an introductory session, but depending on your experience level, we will organize a suitable outing. Please let us know in advance and bring your certification if applicable.
