Mornings. Each morning begins with mindful movement and Pilates-based sessions, anchored in breath and embodied awareness. These practices are designed to gently awaken the body, improve mobility, and restore connection to physical sensation.
Through precise yet fluid movement, participants release accumulated tension while strengthening inner awareness, trust, and body intelligence. Morning sessions set a grounded tone for the day and support sustained energy without overstimulation.
Afternoon
Early afternoons are intentionally unstructured and dedicated to rest and integration. Time is offered for doing nothing, journaling, quiet conversation, or wandering across the three hectares of rugged natural landscape surrounding the retreat centre. This spaciousness allows the nervous system to downshift and recalibrate.
Late afternoons invite creative exploration and embodied practice. Guided workshops use sight, rhythm, movement, and sensory attunement to reconnect participants with their creative field. One afternoon includes a guided movement hike through the surrounding landscape, while another focuses on creative prompts that support fresh perception, emotional processing, and intuitive expression.
Communal Meals
Food is treated as an essential part of the retreat experience. Participants are served three nourishing meals per day, prepared from local organic produce with care and intention.
Meals are designed to support digestion, clarity, and grounded energy. Shared lunches and dinners become natural moments of connection, presence, and conversation, where stories unfold organically and community deepens without effort.
Evenings
Each evening concludes with sound rituals and listening-based practices. Through resonance, vibration, and intentional sound immersion, the nervous system is gently guided into deeper rest and integration.
These sessions support emotional regulation, creative processing, and restorative sleep. Evening sound rituals offer a quiet closing to the day and help anchor the experiences of movement, nature, and creative work.
