Energetic Renewal Yoga Retreat is a restorative weekend experience at European House of Yoga Light, created for those who wish to pause, renew their vitality, and reconnect with inner balance.
Set in the peaceful nature of the Vysočina region, the retreat combines yoga practice, energetic support sessions with Professor Predrag Nikić, PhD, personal guidance, short energetic exercises, kirtan evenings, and time in nature.

Schedule
Our daily program begins with a yoga class . After that, breakfast is served, followed by various activities that may include: meditative walks in nature, practice of pranayama techniques combined with other yoga methods, and additional educational and practical sessions throughout the day.
The program continues until the evening yoga class, followed by dinner. After dinner, participants attend a satsang with Professor Nikić, followed by kirtan with the Samadhi Kirtan Group.

Our educational and retreat center encompasses a large space dedicated exclusively to yoga and consists of several practice halls, lecture halls, and a hall for kirtan chanting.
There is also a separate area for rest, as well as a dedicated working area where we conduct intensive practice.
