Details of this retreat
The Inner Alchemy Retreat is an 8 day, 7 night immersive plant medicine immersion in the Jungle of Costa Rica, in the Diamante Bioregion.
Guests will fly directly into San Jose International Airport, and then either be received via shuttle directly to the property (3.5 hour drive) or take an additional domestic flight (25 minutes) to Quepos La Managua Airport, which then will be an additional 60 minute shuttle to the property.
Our private property is nestled on top of the Nuayaca Waterfall, the largest waterfall in Costa Rica by volume. Guests will have a chance to rest and reset into the natural healing frequency and beauty of the rainforest.
After settling in on arrival day, we will receive a professionally facilitated Kambo ceremony, a traditional indigenous Amazonian purification ritual that supports somatic cleansing through physical and energetic detoxification. The rest of the day will feature a Nuayaca waterfall experience and a guided yoga session.
The next 2 days we will sit with 2 Sacred Ayahuasca ceremonies, with experienced facilitators, rooted in Amazonian lineage and intentional self-inquiry. This will be followed and integrated with Temazcal grounded in Mesoamerican lineage as a tool for reflection and expanded awareness.
Following the ceremonies and sweat lodge (Temazcal) we will hike the Diamante Waterfall, the tallest waterfall in the country. We will be spending the night on top of the ridge to integrate and sit in the presence of the sacred land in that valley.
On departure day, we will ensure all guests have travel support to get back to either the domestic terminal at Quepos La Managua Airport or directly to San Jose International Airport.
We will offer up to 3 post-ceremony integration support calls and provide ongoing access to additional educational offerings.
