Details of this retreat

Do you feel called to experience the medicine of the jungle and the ancient wisdom of indigenous cultures within a safe and well-held space?

Is there something within you seeking change, clarity, or long-awaited healing?

Does your intuition sense that there is more to this world than what is usually visible?

This retreat is a long-form healing journey unfolding across three regions of Colombia, designed to offer depth, continuity and careful integration over time. Rather than moving quickly from one experience to the next, the process is held within a steady and attentive container that allows each phase to build naturally on the previous one.

The first part of the retreat takes place in the Colombian Amazon, in the regions of Nariño and Putumayo. Here, you will spend time with the experienced medicine man Mayor Lorenzo, a student, close friend and neighbor of Abuelo Taita Querubín Queta, who was regarded as the highest spiritual authority in the Colombian Amazon until his passing. Mayor Lorenzo carries this lineage forward and leads the ceremonies during this phase, holding the work with depth, clarity and respect for tradition. Kajetan has also personally received guidance from Abuelo Taita Querubín Queta, creating a strong and authentic bridge between traditions and facilitation.

This Amazonian phase is dedicated to deep ceremonial work within the rainforest. Alongside the ceremonies, participants are supported through wisdom sharing, energetic healing treatments and bodywork. Each participant receives two individual one on one healing or bodywork sessions during this phase. Accommodation in the Amazon includes simple settings close to nature, with the possibility of sleeping in hammocks. At least two nourishing meals per day are provided.

From the Amazon, the journey continues to our Finca El Rezo “Guareaye” in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, often called the Heart of the World. This second phase lasts ten days and focuses on deepening, understanding and embodiment. Four ceremonies take place during this time, supported by continuous personal accompaniment and a stable daily rhythm. Participants receive two additional one on one sessions in healing or bodywork, allowing the experiences from the jungle to be integrated more fully into the body and nervous system.

Life at the finca is shared and rooted in the land, surrounded by mountains, forests, rivers and medicinal plants. Accommodation options here are varied and include double rooms, glamping tents, hammocks or dormitory style rooms. Meals are prepared with love, with a minimum of two meals per day included. During this phase, regular yoga sessions are offered to support physical integration, presence and grounding.

The final part of the retreat takes place in one of the secluded bays of Tayrona National Park, where the jungle meets the Caribbean Sea. Two ceremonies are held during this closing phase, offering a gentle and conscious completion of the process. Accommodation here is simple and nature based, with the possibility of sleeping in hammocks. The days are shaped by rest, reflection, and time in nature, including a guided hike through Tayrona National Park that allows participants to connect more deeply with the land and its rhythms.

While the retreat is designed as a complete journey across all three phases, it is also possible to join only one part, two parts, or the full retreat, depending on personal availability and intention. Each phase is held as a coherent and meaningful experience on its own, while also offering the option to continue into deeper layers through the full progression.

Across all three phases, the retreat includes a minimum of eleven Ayahuasca ceremonies, held within a consistent and experienced container. One on one support, energetic healing work, bodywork, and shared reflection are central throughout the journey. Great care is taken to meet each participant individually, honoring personal processes while maintaining a strong collective field.

This retreat is not designed as a quick or intense experience, but as a carefully guided passage through different landscapes, traditions, and inner states. Supported by time, nature, and attentive facilitation, it offers the conditions for deep, embodied, and sustainable transformation.
