08 to 09 am Mano vikshana meditation
09 to 12 pm Breakfast and free time
12 to 01pm Pranayama class
01 to 02 pm Pranavanadha meditation
02 to 03pm Anahata nadha vikshana meditation
03 to .06 pm Lunch and free time
06 to 07 pm Pranayama
07 to 08 pm Prajana vikshana meditation
08 to 09 pm Astipanjara vikshana meditation
