About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Rooted HEART Resilience is a five-day immersive retreat created specifically for nurses seeking restoration, resilience, and reconnection with their purpose. Held in the coastal village of Yachats—often called the crown jewel of the Oregon Coast—this experience unfolds where ancient coastal forests meet the Pacific Ocean, offering a powerful landscape for reflection and renewal.

Designed by nurses for nurses, the retreat integrates trauma-informed nervous system practices with experiential healing approaches. Participants engage in breathwork, sound healing, reflective journaling, expressive arts, herbal tea rituals, and guided healing circles. Time in nature along the forests and coastal trails of the Cape Perpetua area allows the rhythms of the ocean and land to support deep restoration.

Nourishing meals, quiet reflection time, and a small, supportive group create a container where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the meaning that first called them to their profession.

Rooted HEART invites nurses to step away from caregiving for a few days—and return renewed, grounded, and resilient.

Additionally, 46 Contact Hours are Available for Nurses.
