Details of this retreat

A small-group reset for women seeking real change — not a vacation, not a spa day, but a deep, guided return to yourself. Set on sacred land near Sedona with ancient wisdom, daily yoga and meditation, and nourishing meals, this 5-day experience is designed to create lasting transformation.

This isn't a retreat. It's a reset.
There's a difference. A lot of retreats feel good while you're there — and then Monday hits and nothing has changed. The Desert Oasis Reset is built differently. It's a carefully structured, deeply nourishing experience that's designed to create real, lasting shifts in how you think, feel, move, and show up in your life.

We meet in a small circle — women from different backgrounds, at different stages of life, with surprisingly common struggles. We share meals and talk about what's real. We laugh, and sometimes we cry. We meet new old friends. We leave stronger, lighter, and more ourselves.

We gather at Ancient Springs, a sacred six-acre oasis just minutes from the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. The land itself is medicine — an artesian spring, a natural stream, organic gardens, rescue ponies, and paths that invite you to slow down, breathe, and remember who you are.

Your hosts, Anaya and Rutury, are keepers of this land and wisdom teachers in their own right. Rutury is a traditional medicine person; both he and Anaya share ceremonies, teachings, and the kind of nourishment — soul-level and otherwise — that most of us have forgotten to seek. A portion of proceeds from this event supports indigenous artists, elders, and communities through our hosts' ongoing work.

Event Highlights for The Desert Oasis Reset at Ancient Springs:
• Sacred 6-acre desert oasis just minutes from the red rocks of Sedona
• Artesian spring, natural stream, organic gardens, and wildlife on the property
• Chef-prepared meals sourced from the on-site organic garden and local farms
• Intimate small-group experience — women only, 10-15 guests
• Guided by a traditional Wixarika (Huichol) medicine person on sacred land
• Daily yoga and meditation in a dedicated studio, all levels welcome
• Transformational PATH of Well-Being workshops with personalized well-being plan
• Post-retreat community and integration support included
• Strong WiFi, all-natural bath supplies, towels, and bedding provided
• Easy access to Sedona hiking, red rock trails, and historic sites

The program is built on The PATH of Well-Being: five paths that weave ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, practical tools with deep inner work. Over four days of workshops, reflection circles, guided meditation, mindful movement, and outdoor time, you'll move through:
• Presence — Settling into stillness. Quieting the noise. Coming home to yourself.
• Abundance — Shifting stuck patterns. Managing energy, not just time. Finding flow.
• Transformation — Reclaiming your power. Changing what needs to change — for real.
• Happiness — Rediscovering genuine joy. Making it a practice, not a lucky accident.
• The Path Forward — Leaving with a personalized well-being plan that's yours to keep.

This experience isn't for everyone — but if it's for you, you probably felt something when you read these words. That knowing is worth listening to.
