Details of this retreat

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life, an unfurling into new spaces and new ways of being. Our Rewilding Retreat in the Upper Skagit Valley is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself, through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

This retreat is a space to soften into yourself and connect to a gentler rhythm. It’s a time to honor spring's vitality; it celebrates themes of intuition, beginnings, and rebirth. It’s an invitation and an unfurling into new spaces and new ways of being.

We like to call this experience “elevated camping”: you can rinse off under our heated outdoor shower, unwind in the wood-fired sauna, and take a soak in the cedar hot tub under a canopy of stars.

Nature is our co-facilitator—expect a curious deer, the songs of frogs or owls (definitely a rooster or two), and probably some bugs and spiders, please come prepared for all aspects that nature has to offer.

We will spend our time in rhythmic sound baths, finding stillness in forest meditations and rainforest hikes, sharing stories during communal gatherings, opening our hearts during cacao ceremonies, and embracing holistic healing through saunas, kundalini yoga, breath work, and more. Each moment is crafted to deepen your connection to all parts of yourself through workshops and guided meditations designed to connect you to your inner guidance.
