Journey into the Heart — Montana

A Transformational Chrysalis for Bio-Optimization & Self-Actualization

In a world that constantly pulls us outward, this retreat is an invitation to return inward — to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and experience a deeper sense of clarity, connection, and aliveness.

Set in the mountains of Montana, this immersive experience brings together a small, curated group of founders, executives, and high-performing individuals seeking more than just performance — seeking alignment, truth, and meaningful connection.

Through a blend of nature immersion, movement, breathwork, and group integration, we create a powerful container for transformation. At the core of the experience is Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a proven framework for understanding and harmonizing the inner world.

We are honored to begin the journey with a Day 1 workshop led by Richard Schwartz, offering a rare opportunity to experience this work directly from its founder.

This is not about escaping your life — it’s about learning how to fully live it.
To slow down.
To reconnect.
To remember who you are — beneath the noise.

You will leave with:

Greater clarity and emotional awareness
Tools to regulate your nervous system in high-performance environments
A deeper connection to yourself and others
A renewed sense of direction and purpose

Montana provides the container.
The work provides the transformation.
The community creates the experience.

Schedule

Following arrival the evening prior, the day begins with morning sadhana to center and gently activate the body. We open the container through introductions, group agreements, and intention setting, creating a foundation of safety and trust. Midday, participants explore the gut–brain–HRV connection to build awareness of the nervous system, followed by an experiential introduction to Internal Family Systems with a workshop led by Richard Schwartz. The day is integrated through movement, optional cold exposure in the Clark Fork River, and closes with dinner, chakra cleansing, and a sunset walk — setting a grounded, connected tone for the days ahead.
