- Day One Arrive from 3:00 p.m. to take advantage of the complimentary gym and spa facilities, - book a treatment (available in advance), or explore the local countryside and nearby attractions. The Gym and Spa will be open from 7am - 9pm at weekends and 6am - 10pm during weekdays. Breakfast is served in the Restaurant 06:30-10:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00-11:00 on weekends. The lounge bar is open all day and serves food and drink. The restaurant is open 17:00-22:00 every day, last order is at 21.15.
-Day Two After a comfortable night’s sleep, please arrive at the Wave Spa reception (in the hotel) by 9:00 a.m. to register for the retreat and settle in with a warm welcome from the host and a soothing herbal tea.
- At 09:30 a.m. The retreat begins with introductions and gentle Mindful Yoga, followed by Breathwork for focus and clarity.
- After a short nourishing break, we will continue with a Self-Compassion Practice to help quiet the inner critic.
- Please note, Check-out time from rooms is 11:00 a.m. on the retreat day on Sunday (unless you are staying an extra night).
- There will be time to check out during the morning break. Luggage storage is available.
- After lunch, enjoy a Mindful Walk, relaxing mindfulness practices, guided visualisation, and to close your retreat experience a restorative Sound Bath, all at a nurturing and unhurried pace.
