A personal integration to the retreat:
Before your arrival, you’ll receive an “Orientation to Your Retreat” guide to help you prepare, arrive with ease, and feel at home from the very beginning.
On arrival, you are personally welcomed and gently introduced to the space and everything you need to know.
You’ll have time to ask questions, settle in, and land fully.
Before dinner, we begin the retreat together by putting away our digital devices.
The welcome dinner is the final moment of connection — after which we move into silence.
From this point on, you step into a fully self-led experience.
No pressure to perform — just open space:
There is no schedule to follow — only space to move through your day in your own way.
Retreat days are gently shaped by regular mealtimes and consistent bedtimes. A simple, repeating daily rhythm creates a sense of safety for the nervous system and allows the body to restore more deeply than is often possible in everyday life. Otherwise, the days remain open.
In general, staying as much in nature as possible is warmly recommended to reap full restorative impacts of forest bathing.
You might begin your morning with a quiet moment, a swim in the lake, or simply resting.
Meals are prepared within flexible time windows and become a simple, grounding part of the day.
Time in nature, rest, and optional self-led practices and nature activities can fill your day — or you may choose to do nothing at all.
Evenings often invite you to slow down further, with sauna or sharing by the bonfire.
