Her work is centered on helping people reconnect with themselves in a grounded, honest way through guided reflection, coaching, and experiential healing environments. Her approach is direct, experience-based, and focused on building emotional awareness, confidence, and inner clarity through real-life application rather than surface-level motivation.
Dr. Shanice is a holistic wellness practitioner whose work spans integrative healing, birth work, energy healing, and mind-body practices. She brings a grounded, nurturing approach to supporting emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.
Within Eclectic Retreats, she guides guests through yoga, sound healing, and restorative wellness practices designed to promote balance, release tension, and support emotional and physical restoration. She is a holistic doctor, Reiki Master, certified yoga instructor, doula, lactation consultant, master herbalist, and sound bowl healing practitioner.
Her work blends clinical understanding with holistic modalities to create structured yet intuitive care experiences. She is also experienced in maternal and postpartum support, adding a deeply supportive layer to her practice. Her focus is creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, regulate their emotions, and restore inner stability.
Details of this retreat
This is a 2 night glamping experience designed for fun, connection, and ease. No pressure. No performance. Just real moments, good energy, and space to breathe. This year we are taking it to Big Rock Creek, located in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, a private outdoor space designed for comfort and ease, not survival or discomfort disguised as “growth.”
You’re not pitching a tent. You’re not figuring things out on arrival. You’re not sacrificing comfort to prove anything.
Everything is already set up.
You arrive, you settle in, and you get to enjoy the space immediately.
It’s outdoors, but it’s intentional. It’s nature, but it’s comfortable. It’s freedom without chaos.
THE WEEKEND EXPERIENCE
Friday – Arrival & Grounding In
Guests arrive, get settled into their glamping setups, and ease into the environment. No pressure to socialize or jump into anything immediately.
Saturday – Full Glamper Girls Experience
This is the heart of the weekend.
There’s a workshop available for anyone who wants something more guided, but the day is intentionally open. Guests can explore the property, participate in curated activities, connect with others, or simply relax and move at their own pace.
Nothing is forced. Everything is optional.
Sunday – Soft Closing
The experience winds down naturally. Guests have space to reflect, connect one last time, and leave without feeling rushed.
The goal is simple: leave feeling lighter, more connected, and genuinely glad you came.
THE VIBE
Glamper Girls is fun without pressure.
It’s connection without forced conversation.
It’s laughter without performance.
It’s rest without isolation.
Some guests will be social all weekend.
Some will dip in and out of group energy.
Some will take quiet time when they need it.
All of it is normal here.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This glamping experience in Wisconsin is for women who are:
Tired of always being “on”
Wanting to enjoy life without overthinking it
Craving real connection without pressure
Interested in glamping, but not the uncomfortable version of it
Ready for a break that actually feels like a break
If you need everything structured, controlled, or highly scheduled, this may feel too free.
If you’re open to ease, fun, and flow, you’ll get it.
