Cesar Eret has been walking a medicine path for over 10 years. Originally from Venezuela, he has studied with the Taitas and Shamans deep in the jungle. An engineer by trade, he left that world to pursue the calling of his soul. Cesar is deeply grounded with a centered and open heart. He uses humor and kindness to set people at ease.
Denise is a rare combination of technical skill, deep spirituality and authentic vulnerability. This mix makes her highly effective at providing space and experiences for personal transformation. She is able to sense what is needed before the group can articulate it and is fluid and flexible to alter the plan when she feels the group needs something different. She is masterful.

Denise Cooper and Cesar Eret bring over 25 years combine experience with Ayahuasca. This husband & wife team have been leading international retreats and ceremonies together since 2013, individually since 2011. They have been cultivating a deep relationship with the sacred, master plant, Ayahuasca, traveling from the Andes to the Amazon, learning from teachers and masters from all walks of life and lineage. They have lived in the Sacred Valley, Peru for over 13 years.
They humbly channel the healing energy of Madre Ayahuasca through sacred song, silence and a keen intuition. They help midwife participants through each ceremony by supporting them to find their inner connection and release blocks and dense traumas that prevent them from living life fully.
They do not call themselves Shamans as that is reserved for indigenous elders who study for 40-50 years. They are Shamanic Practitioners or Facilitators. They continually invest in their growth and take time for self-reflection.
This is an opportunity to be personally guided by these gifted healers. To be held in an energetic container of love and do deep healing work in a safe and supportive way. Denise and Cesar carry a profound love for the Earth and are deeply devoted to the evolution and healing of humanity.

You will have an experience IN ceremony and one OUTSIDE the ceremony that will challenge you, test you and make you confront the things you have been avoiding. She keeps working on you for the days, weeks, months and years afterwards.
Arrival is the day before the retreat starts to have time to rest from the long journey or for any flight delays. Arrival airport is Cusco (CUZ).

You will need to arrive the day before the retreat starts. This night is included in the retreat cost. It is strongly encouraged to spend at least 2 days post retreat in a quiet hotel or airbnb for integration. Getting on a plane right after is highly discouraged as it can be overwhelming and jarring.
The rooms have comfortable mattresses, warm comforters and are beautifully decorated.

Denise and Cesar are 2 incredibly beautiful soles. They planned everything, and their way of running ceremony’s is truly amazing. I have healed, cried, laughed, learned and accepted my self on this journey. I came to peace with many things and Aya changed my way of viewing life. Denise and Cesar are compassionate and amazing people that are genuinely running their retreats to heal. There guidance created a positive and safe environment that made the difficult parts manageable and the revelationary parts even more impactful.
Every aspect including the meditation, integration, breathwork, sweat lodge, excercises adds so much to the whole experience.
The ceremonies themselves are nothing short of beautiful and Denise, Cesar, and Irdanti's dance and music are amazing to see.

One of the most transformative 7 days of my life
I spent a week growing, healing & processing so much beneath the beautiful eucalyptus grove in Pisac Peru. Thank you so much to Denise Cooper and César Eret for leading such a beautiful, deep retreat. I can't recommmend the work they are doing enough - they hold such a safe, explorative space so you can be vulnerable and let go of what is no longer serving you. Pisac, Perú will always have a special place in my heart!

7-Day Juice Cleanse
This retreat was the best thing I could have done for myself and my relationship with my husband. Not only did I leave the retreat renewed in my body, mind and spirit, but also my husband grew closer. I have horrible allergies and asthma by the 3day no symptoms....I have been home now over 2 weeks and continue to do so much better as compared to when I left for Peru! The Live, Life, Lit retreat gives you everything you need, body and mind to start a clean path to the rest of your life. I was amazed by the transformation of how one can feel, once you clear your system of toxins and waste hidden within your digestive system. 7 days of organic fresh juices and broths is all the body needs while staying solid food free. It was easier then I had thought. This was a complete body and mind reset. The best thing I could have done with my wife. Going through this together was such a boost to our relationship. Being together for over 23 years and raising children and grandchildren, we thought we had been through it all. This retreat re-introduced us in a way western medicine or conventional vacations could never accomplish. Denise & Caesar were both instrumental in creating a safe and nurturing environment. Not only by sharing their expertise, but by bringing a unique and varied group of personalities together to share space with, for 7 days. I have made some great friends for life during this retreat. There is so much more to this retreat then a 7 day fast. Other modalities offered were very impressive and made a very positive impact on our spirit.
