About this Retreat
Tristan is the cofounder of finca Inti Establish 2005 ,where our retreat is located .
He has an incredible passion for plants and the farm shows it , going from an abandoned plantation to , now transformed into a collection of medicinal plants from the tropics , fruit trees ,crops , ornamentals and even trees for the animals .
He is aspecialist in brewing the most medicinal teas , and also a wonderful reiki master.
The botanical walks are not only about learning the plants but also connection with Mother Earth and all its bounty .
With Tristan you will receive reiki session , farm tour and of course learn and take his famous teas ..
Alejandra is the cofounder at finca Inti established 2005 landscaping and bodywork have been a passion the farm has provided the opportunity of learning how to prepare balanced and simple meals from the produce of the farm and this is something she loves to share .
With Alejandra you will received movement class , massage , cooking and health tips and hands on practice .

You will be staying in your own private casita , we provide all the services for 7 days of relaxation , organic food , daily meditation , and other treatments such movement class; massage , reiki , botanical walk, tincture class , cooking and health class. And other surprises .
We are located in the Caribbean coast in Costa Rica , a mountain hill farm .
We are dedicated professionals here to help you and assist in this immersion to yourself .
