About this Retreat
Alesya is a Transformational Life Coach, specialising in helping people to discover and create the meaningful balanced life-path they truly desire to live.
She is working with the conscious and subconscious mind helping people to discover their true authentic purpose and passions while transforming blocks and limiting beliefs that are holding people back from their successful and fulfilled life.
Alesya has developed a unique goal setting strategy, described in her book Create the Life You Want. This strategy will help you create a meaningful roadmap for your future and engage in the practical steps towards your goals and dreams.
Besides being a transformational life coach and the author, Alesya also works with diverse energy healing practices that you will have a great opportunity to partake of during our retreat.
Mafalda is a Trainer, a Shamanic Therapist, a Sound Healer and a Yoga Therapy specialist. Her main mission and purpose in life is to guide people into their own power, helping them to connect with their true-Self and find their own purpose in life
Through ancestral and vibrational techniques she invites you to dive deep within yourself in an awareness that will make visible the blocks, beliefs and fears that are holding you back from your true potential
Each practice is a liberation, a healing, a discovery, a trip to your true SELF, so essential for you to be fully present in Life and make your dreams come true.
Besides being a Shaman and a Sound Healer, Mafalda has developed her own Yoga method called SoulYoga, where yoga is experienced far beyond yoga postures, with the main objective of self-discovering and walking your unique Soul Path.

Nearest airport is FARO AIRPORT, but you could also travel to Lisbon airport and take a train/bus to Portimão, and then a taxi/uber to our retreat centre (10min drive)
Accommodation
At the Villa, we provide two options for the accommodation of 6 nights/7days: Shared rooms and private rooms. All bedrooms are spacious, with airco/heater, wardrobe, kettle and beautiful view to the peaceful green valleys. All bedrooms have private toilet, with towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Free wifi and parking is available at the Villa.

Our retreat will take place in Algarve, in the Private Villa, in a quiet valley near Portimao, hidden between the palm trees.
