Details of this retreat
With some of the most dramatic and beautiful landscapes in France and Europe - the Languedoc region was made for walking. And skinny-dipping. So we’ve put together 4 walks that combine gorgeous but very different scenery - with the opportunity to swim at the end. We’ll be visiting the gorgeous river canyon at Cirque de Navacelles, the Mars-like lanscapes of Lake Salagou, the cliff-tops overlooking the Medterranean at Leucate with the beach at La Franqui and the beautiful Héric mountain gorge with its many rock pools filled with crystal-clear water.
Each of the walks will last about 2-4 hours, and we’ll be proividing you with a delicious picnic for each one. There will be time after each outing to chill by the pool, have a bubble in our jacuzzi or explore the surrounding area. And we’ll be cooking up a tasty group dinner on the first night to kick start the fun, and hosting a drinks party on the Saturday evening.
