About this Retreat

Nickles has been studying tantra for more than 15 years and has attended retreats and workshops all over Europe, including completing a three-year diploma with a renowned global tantra school.
He leads monthly workshops in London and often facilitates at festivals and events internationally.
His teaching centres on helping men play with the energy within their bodies they hadn’t realised was there and then guiding them to weave it into sensual and discoveries that can create blissful, even spiritual, mental states.
Nickles is also a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher with a following of men from all over the world. He teaches regular classes in London, Brighton and online.

Tantra is about energy in many forms, including body energy, movement energy, emotional energy, mental energy and energy.
We’ll work with these energies in different ways to learn more about our physical selves and how we might find blissful, possibly ecstatic, states: maybe even “body We’ll also look at some of the things that might get in the way of accessing those energies.
We’ll use, among other things, yoga, meditation, breath, touch exercises and massage. We’ll be sharing this experience as a naked and often intimate community of men, so (if you’re attending as a couple) you’ll need to be prepared and willing to be paired with and work with all of the men in the group.
