Hello,
my name is André. Im 43 (2024) and I´m for the second time in Peru to work and learn with the plants.
With the healing, lessons and experiences I recieved in my first journey of 10 months I decided to come back for longer.
I met Maestro Amer in the last month of my first trip. Considering the passion regarding working with the plants and the friendliness and respect he and his family treated us clients with, I decided to come back to get more healing and to learn with him.
Some tips if you want to go to Peru for Ayahuasca for the first time:
For your own savety:
Be in the hotel, hostel at nightfall. Be like that until you know that the area is save at night.
Avoid to be on trainstations or busstations at night.
Always watch your luggage. Even more so on bussations. etc.
Have a neck pouch. For credit cards, passport cash money.
Dont pay with big bills. Your change might be gone. Some people try to scam you for the change.
The three most important things in town:
Smartphone, credit card, comfortable shoes (most towns in Peru have ALOT of concrete.)
The three most important things in the jungle:
A flashlight( on a lanyard around the neck), slippers or flipflops, long sleeves + long legged pants and reppellent for Moskito protection.
Some people travel with one 50L backpack. I have an 80L backpack.
A suitcase can be used. But it puts you at a disadvantage i.E. on a dirtroad after the rain.
If you are not taller then 1,85m - 1,90m (6' 2") and shoesize 45 (US 12.5) or smaller fits you, you can buy clothes and shoes cheaply in Pucallpa.
Things I bring for longer stays:
Clothes:
-3 long sleeved pair of pants, one functional, one pair of jeans, the 3rd whatever you like (long sleeves are the best protection against Moskitos. Jeans don´t rip apart so easily on a jungle tour.)
-3-4 long sleeved shirts (Moskito and sun protection),
-2+ T-Shirts and 2+shorts,
-swimming shorts,
-5 sets of underwear (shorts, T-Shirts, socks),
-one hat for sunprotection
-Sweater with Zipper and Hoodie,
-One fleece jacket (it can get cold in the jungle at night! Especially in dry season, when cold winds come from the Andes),
-one tissue, thin scarf or equally functional,
-Rainjacket or Rainponcho (optional: little Umbrella),
-2-5 hankerchiefs,
Technical items and gear:
-one good stainless steel bottle, single walled with 1L volume or more),
-minimum one flashlight!!! with a lanyard for your neck. We have enough solar power to recharge flashlights and AAA or AA batteries. Also good to have: lantern and headlight)
-Moskito Repellent,
-Powerbank for the phone or for charging flashlight batteries.,
-Notebook as diary and for your notes, coloured pencils if you want to draw your visions,
-a little brush for cleaning purposes,
-a tropical sleeping bag with square shape. It can be turned into a blanket and is a fantastic comfort item!,
-a Leatherman or other Multitool (I use it ALOT!),
-Pocket knife,
-a fanny pack and a little backpack (cheap in Pucallpa and both are very useful to carry
-toilet paper,
-soap,
-water or
-daytrip supplies.

I heard the call of Ayahuasca to come into the jungle. I had alot of troubles in my life and I came to Peru for healing. In my first ceremonies Ayahuasca invited me to work with her.
alot of healing and transformation from the Maestra Ayahuasca, will get more and Im in training with Maestro Jorge.
Considering the help I got from Maestro Jorge, I´m convincted that other people in the world could need his help. Therefore I´m supporting him with presenting his services on the internet.
-Connecting good people with good people!
Also beneath my training I´m the facilitator working for him, helping with translation into spanish and taking care of clients.
