Luka Luna (born in Newport - Wales, 21 August 1978) is the founder of Sonqo Wasi - a non-profit foundation that helps children around the world and preserves nature.
For the past 20+ years he has been working with plants and, as an alchemist, shaman and mystic; has helped thousands of people around the world.
Since he was a child he has been travelling to Africa, Europe, Asia and South America.
This lifestyle has helped him to learn from different teachers, shamans and gurus all over the world. From modern to ancient wisdom.
That's why he loves to integrate different cultures, methods and techniques to help people find the ANSWER they are looking for in life.

So once the meditation, yoga asana, or meditation class is over... everything returns to the way it was before.

Breakthrough Ayahuasca
Have done 7 retreats of Ayahuasca and this was the mother of the pachamama retreats. Beautiful people , sage and wise shamans , helped take me through one of the most ultimate breakthroughs I could imagine. Finally released tremendous trauma permanently , dissolved triggers and recognised I have nothing more to prove to the world and myself as well as absolved myself of all sins.

Not only the plant medicines, but everyone here healed me
I came here in need of critical spiritual illness that had manifested into physical illness. It's not only the plant medicines, but also the people here, and the ceremonies that worked in mysterious ways. It's important to have intention setting as respect for the plant teacher as it is spiritual and not recreational medicine.
I had intense experience with the ceremony, I experienced great release of sadness, sickness, anger, and received great joy and happiness. Luca and Elisa have a repertoire of plant medicines that can customized based on your needs. Also depending on the situation, there will be offering rituals, earth therapy, sun therapy, music therapy, and more. Your spirit and soul will be enriched. Don't worry about set agenda, as I learned that in life you can't plan for everything.
Luca and Elisa and the guides/helpers here are very friendly. It's a very supportive environment to feel free to express your emotion. People express their love and kindness freely here. It's beautiful. The diet here is delicious homemade vegan meals with fruits and herbal tisane.
*Don't worry if you don't speak Italian or other languages, Luca and Elisa are both multilingual and very loving people.
*They change locations depending on the seasons, but they have flexible days to choose from.

I had the most wonderful time and I will be returning.
I have done many remarkable and exhilarating things in my life but I have never felt this amount of vitality, peace and understanding in myself.
The incredible team lead all of their ceremonies with a beautiful amalgamation of light, joy love, and compassion. Their voices, music and presence facilitate in a learning and understanding that can only be described as medicinal magic.
Throughout the experience you have space to talk to your shaman, mentors, retreat volunteers and new found family about your discoveries and any questions that the medicine leaves you wondering.
The team value and respect each and every persons’ individual process with the medicines and are able to offer their humble understanding of the world and spirituality in a refreshing and judgement free way.
The schedule set up facilitates group bonding and team conversations; sharing your experiences from the ceremony, and general life experiences - weaving and braiding your self-discovery into one another. There is also plenty of space for journaling, self reflection, walks out in nature and catching up on plenty of rest.
Granted, it is not in the jungle. And equally, it is near a highway, yes. But I didn’t find this distracting. Their formula works remarkably well for me and so many others, and this outweighed that one set back. It’s a fantastic and accessible opportunity for those in Europe and neighbouring countries, and it was beautiful to have people from all the continents of the world connecting in one room.
There is such sense of community at the retreat. I valued so much my seven days with the team. I am leaving with an open heart that is full of joy and light and I can not wait to share it with the world.
I will miss the delightful fresh hand cooked nutritious meals, the tranquility and pressure free environment and mostly your beautiful souls. I wish I could have stayed the full 20+ days… next time!

They are a wonderful, welcoming, and warm team of leaders. Each member of the team behaved with respect and compassion the entire time.
My one suggestion would be to get the assistance of a northern European for the organizational elements. Many questions and small problems could have been solved, and some frustration avoided, with better order and planning around logistics, such as arriving at the site and the expected rules of the weekend.
