About this Retreat
Founder of MPB Group (nationally accredited and state licensed outpatient mental health clinic with two location in the USA for 20+ years) and Healing Escapes.
We have a diverse competent and caring team of professionals who are dedicated to helping individuals grow and heal.
My role extends beyond planning; it encompasses curating retreat experiences that integrate a variety of wellness modalities. These retreats are thoughtfully designed to encompass mindfulness practices, yoga, meditation, nutrition, and the option of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, all aimed at nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.

All inclusive 4 night couples retreat in sunny Jamaica!
Hosted by Dr Satira Streeter, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Master Couples therapist, who completed our psilocybin experiential training with us in Jamaica. Dr Streeter is a Certified Gottman Therapist and is also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Dr Streeter will host an Art and Science of Love” Workshop based on the Gottman Method which teaches relationship tools, exercises and approaches, based on over 50 years of scientific research. Shown to achieve results similar to those of 6 months of marital therapy producing positive results for 94% of those who attend. Couples will also receive a complimentary pre-retreat couples’ assessment.
Price includes: Transport to/from MoBay or. Ian Fleming Airport, lodging, chef inspired meals, Welcome Psilocybin-infused mini dose dinner, Six hour couple workshop broken up across 3 days, Sound Bowl Meditation, Therapeutic massage, Therapeutic 1:1 Guided Journey session, Yoga and Art somatic Integration, Local excursion
