Nadine Faitas was born in Germany and grew up in Munich and Hamburg, but she is at home all over the world. After studying business administration in Hamburg, she worked for seven years as Global Head of New Business at the leading affiliate network Awin in Munich, Madrid, London and Chicago. Until she suffered from burnout which led to a depressive anxiety disorder. After feeling lost and lonely, not knowing what to do with her life Nadine changed everything from her diet and lifestyle to her relationship, her job and where she lived, to feel better! After healing herself without taking antidepressants, she decided to become a self-employed life coach and yoga teacher and to travel the world. For over five years, Nadine has been teaching yoga, hosting retreats and giving talks & workshops worldwide, sharing her knowledge about Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Coaching. She has travelled to over 50 countries and lived in seven of them, in Europe, Africa and the USA. She guides people to connect to who they really are through so that they don’t feel lost and lonely anymore but are empowered to live the life of their dreams.
