How do we open our hearts without getting taken advantage of? How do we develop confidence and bravery in the face of our own fear? Much of our meditation path is about exploring uncomfortable, challenging feelings… but how do we do so in a container of love and security?

This Dharma Sunday gathering will unpack The Protector Principle. Based on thirty years of study and practice, I will share stories, experiences, teachings and cautionary tales for both new and veteran meditators.



Natural Dharma Fellowship’s Dharma Sundays are donation-based gatherings open to all, offering a wide range of topics. Led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, these live, interactive sessions include guided meditation, teachings, and time for questions and discussion. Please join us to settle into the support of sangha and the joy of practicing together.
