About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

At Acsauhaya, we offer carefully structured psilocybin retreat experiences grounded in safety, professionalism, and long term integration. Our approach combines experienced facilitation, small group settings, and a clear preparation and integration framework to support meaningful and lasting change.

This retreat is designed for those who want to work with psilocybin in a responsible, supported, and intentional way. We host intimate psilocybin retreats with a maximum of 10 participants, allowing for individual attention and a strong sense of trust within the group. Therapeutic support is provided before, during, and after the retreat, ensuring participants are never left to navigate the process alone.

We place strong emphasis on preparation, set, setting, and integration. These elements are essential for translating a psychedelic experience into real, embodied change in daily life. Our programme is designed to help participants avoid common challenges such as confusion, overwhelm, or lack of follow through after the retreat.

What is included

•Preparation programme
Upon enrollment, participants receive unlimited access to a comprehensive digital preparation course. This self paced programme supports mental, emotional, and physical preparation for the retreat and can be revisited after the retreat or before future psychedelic experiences.

•Psilocybin retreat experience
Participants take part in a guided psilocybin session held at our private retreat location. Sessions are facilitated by experienced guides who prioritize safety, presence, and informed care. The retreat environment is intentionally designed to support focus, comfort, and a sense of security throughout the experience.

•Post retreat integration programme
Following the retreat, participants join a structured online integration programme. This programme includes weekly group sessions focused on making sense of insights, supporting emotional processing, and translating experiences into practical changes. The integration space is facilitated in a trauma informed way and respects each participant’s individual goals and pace.

A 3 Phase Programme

Phase 1: Preparation

Preparation plays a crucial role in shaping both the psilocybin experience and the integration process that follows. Through a one month, self paced preparation programme, participants are guided through clear, practical tools delivered in accessible formats.

Key areas include:

•Intention setting to clarify focus and direction
•Mental, emotional, and physical preparation
•Understanding set (mindset) and setting
•Familiarisation with the group, facilitators, and retreat structure

This phase helps participants arrive grounded, informed, and supported.

Phase 2: The Retreat

The retreat includes one guided psilocybin session facilitated by experienced professionals in a calm and supportive environment. Facilitators are present throughout the process and trained to respond to a wide range of experiences with care and clarity.

Group sharing circles take place after the session, providing space for reflection and mutual support. Additional group activities such as gentle movement, breathwork, or sound based practices may be offered to support grounding and emotional regulation during the retreat.

Phase 3: Integration

Integration is where insight becomes action. This phase focuses on translating the retreat experience into sustainable changes in daily life, including shifts in behaviour, perspective, and relationships.

The integration programme includes three professionally guided online group sessions over three weeks, each lasting two hours. These sessions are held in a trauma informed, respectful environment where participants can share as much or as little as they choose.

The integration space supports:

•Meaning making and reflection
•Emotional processing
•Practical tools for ongoing change
•Respect for personal boundaries and individual pace

This retreat is designed to support responsible, grounded, and meaningful work with psilocybin, with an emphasis on safety, integration, and long term impact rather than peak experiences alone.

Lack of professionalism + unkindness
The webinar started late and then they had technical problems — it’s hard to call that professionalism...
Later, when I personally encountered technical issues and got disconnected from the meeting for a moment, I asked for access to the second part of the recording (which actually shows me disappearing) — they didn’t show the same understanding they had for themselves and demanded 110 euros. Not only is it a lack of empathy, but also outright profiteering!

Feels like coming home

I’ve been coming to this center for many years, and every single time the experience feels truly special. I organize this journey for myself once a year, and each time it brings such deep and profound therapeutic change. I always leave with more clarity about my life, a stronger understanding of who I am, and a renewed sense of direction.

The retreats are incredibly well organized — everything flows beautifully, and the team makes you feel completely at home. Their approach is always personal, attentive, and full of care. Each member of the team is highly experienced and brings something truly unique and valuable to the space.

The house itself is absolutely beautiful — warm, welcoming, and filled with peaceful energy. I always feel understood, supported, and comfortable there.

This year, I especially appreciated the new focus on preparation and integration. It adds so much depth to the process, helping me go even further in my experience and truly anchor the insights afterwards. I’ve witnessed incredible positive shifts in my life, things unfolding as if by magic — I believe it’s all connected to raising one’s vibration through this work.

To anyone considering joining — don’t hesitate. This place and these people are simply the best. 🌸

Deeply healing
The talks are always rich in knowledge, backed by science, and presented with so much care and authenticity. What I love most is how the team manages to bring together science, tradition, and wisdom in such a harmonious way. It’s not just about information — it’s about connection, heart, and community. You can truly feel the intention behind everything they do.

As someone who values evidence-based approaches and has explored various forms of therapy, I was amazed by how profoundly transformative this work is. It opens deeper layers of self-understanding and healing than I’ve ever reached through regular therapy alone — yet it also complements therapeutic work beautifully. The experience feels like true inner work, where insights arise naturally, and genuine change begins to unfold.

For me, it’s been a journey of clarity, self-compassion, and growth — a space where science meets soul

A Rare Place of Professionalism and Heart
I had the privilege of attending a retreat with this center, and it was truly a life-changing experience. The entire team is incredibly professional while also being some of the most heart-centered and genuine people I have ever met. It’s clear that they are doing this work from a place of deep care and a true wish to help others, and it is beautiful to witness.

The preparation and integration support is exceptional, which made me feel safe, understood, and fully held throughout the entire process. The facilitators are highly knowledgeable, very well-educated, and wonderfully attuned to each person’s individual needs, offering a deeply personalized approach.

What I also appreciated is that beyond the ceremonies, the center organizes talks and shares knowledge with the wider public, which I found incredibly enriching and inspiring.

Overall, I can only say that this retreat was conducted with the highest professionalism, compassion, and wisdom. It is a rare and special place that I wholeheartedly recommend.
