Join us for our Integrated Health & Relaxation Retreat as we take time in the beautiful nature of the Yoga Farm. We close the summer with this special program with Swami Sitaramananda and the senior teachers of the Ashram presenting the Classical Yoga teachings and featuring leading teachers in the field of Holistic Health and Healing.
Heera Kulkarni shares her vast knowledge to create nutritious and delicious plant-based meals for healing health conditions. She is a certified Dietary & Wellness Coach with training in whole foods low-fat plant-based nutrition. She has used this program personally for the past seven years & was able to reverse her own diabetes. Heera is certified in the Starch Solution dietary coaching program by Dr. John McDougall.
Dr. Sachin Deshmukh offers talks on daily and seasonal routines and healthy lifestyle practices following the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
Shree Lata Suresh will present traditional Bharat Natyam dance with her students from the Vishwa Shanti Dance Academy.
Enjoy the pristine natural beauty of the Yoga Farm with its beautiful oak trees, swimming pond, abundant wildlife, lavender fields, walking labyrinth and trails. You are welcome to join with our Vedic priest pandit Bhima Samavedula as he performs daily pujas at the many temples and shrines. The Ashram offers twice daily yoga class, meditation and kirtan, healthy vegetarian meals, and guided walks on the Ashram grounds.
