Details of this retreat

Step into an eco-spiritual journey of reflection. During the midpoint of the season, take time to contemplate the autumnal shifts as we prepare ourselves for the seasons ahead. As you walk, surrounded by the vibrant colors of the changing foliage, you are invited to recall your experiences of autumn, notice the visible transition from lush green, and the waning daylight. One foot in front of the other, one breath at a time, listen to the message the body wishes to convey.

This day, led by Veriditas Certified Facilitator Cathy Rigali, author of Labyrinth Reflections, will guide you through the history and spirituality of the labyrinth and explore the process of this sacred walk. The labyrinth, used across cultures and faith traditions for more than 4,000 years, invites you into a journey where every step becomes prayer. With its single winding path, the labyrinth offers a simple but profound truth: the way in is the way out, and the journey itself becomes the gift.

Come and be refreshed. Release anxiety, open your heart, and listen more deeply; to yourself, to others, and to the Spirit moving through all creation.

This was just what I needed. A wonderful womens retreat on aging, and the 12 steps. Janice, the facilitator was great. I feel unstuck in many areas of my life, and am ready to step into greater service, and my divine purpose. Thank you

Summer Weekend Retreat
Genesis was a lovely place to slow down, get quiet and relax. The grounds were lovely, the bed was good and the food was homemade with fresh ingredients like fruit and vegetables. They served roasted asparagus one night. De-Lish. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend
