About this Retreat
Sally Barber has been sharing her passion for yoga with adults, teens, and children for more than half of her adult life. As an Occupational Therapist (MS, OTR,) she is uniquely able to guide those of all levels of abilities to receive and enjoy the benefits of yoga. She is co-owner of the Westfield Yoga Center and an Advanced Level Yoga Instructor with certifications in the Kripalu and Amrit Yoga methods. Her mission is to maximize the health and well-being of each individual and the community at large through the medium of yoga.

It’s time for an inner journey, a Chakra Journey! With summer vacations behind us, we can turn inward for an exploration of our internal landscape.
In this weekend yoga retreat, you’ll travel through the body’s energy centers (chakras) to create harmony and bring balance into your body and your life. During your chakra journey you’ll tap into ancient yogic wisdom and contemporary yogic practices to understand the body’s energy system. Further, you’ll release blockages and renew your energy. Your heart will heal, your mind will become quiet, and your spirit will soar!
Sally Barber of the Westfield Yoga Center guides you through the complexities and wonders of your Self. Situated in the foothills of the beautiful Berkshires, the Arboretum of the Genesis Center with its cozy rooms and catered meals provide the perfect setting for a relaxing and restorative weekend.
