Have you ever had the space to let go truly? To slow down and dive into your senses? Taste, touch, and smell? A safe space where you can surrender into your feminine essence? We all need healing.
When was the last time you let yourself cry without holding back when you could expose to others who you are and still feel held with deep compassion? When was the last time you had the space to feel your body in entirely new ways? To open and breathe?
When was the last time you burst into belly laughs with other women and felt the deep bonds of sisterhood? These experiences are essential to nourish your feminine soul.
As healers and ritual holders, we want to create that space for you to dive into your deep feminine essence. Come and join us, where all that is false can melt, and your true feminine can arise.
REWILD AND RESTORE
We will safely guide you to dive deep into self-care and self-discovery on the ancient grounds of Sardinia. This retreat will be divided into activities linked to the natural elements, following an alchemical transformation through Mother Earth's elements and connecting to the Divine Feminine. We will explore the sacred energy and feminine archetypes through transformative practices, such as breathwork, self-discovery, meditation, gentle yoga, dance, and exploring ancient sites while learning about traditional Sardinia's unique history, culture, and gastronomy.
LOCATION
Surrounded by the emerald blue sea and white sand beaches, a pristine purity delights your senses. As your gaze rests on views of incredible beauty, you notice your body and mind soften. Your whole being feels relaxed. Yet you feel so vibrant, energized, and healthy like never before.
Sardinia has some of the oldest evidence of an ancient Mother-Goddess worshipping culture on the planet. Today, sacred water wells, built in the shape of a woman’s vulvae, were used for worshipping the sacred feminine aspect and containing powerful healing energy.
Those sites were used to observe and ritualize the moon, stars, and sun cycles. Water, lunar phases and influences, the stars, and the feminine were all considered sacred. Today, archeologists still find statuettes representing the Mother Goddess, some over 7,000 years old.
As part of our retreat, we’ll have the unique opportunity to visit some secret gems, worshipping the sacred feminine aspects and containing powerful healing energy. You will experience the power and uniqueness of the Sardinian culture, from food to how the ingredients are picked.

We want the last 3 nights to be of celebration! You’ve done the hard yet beautiful work of healing, going deeper within yourself and tasting your essence. Those additional days of the trip are a chance to experience some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches and treasure in the famous Cala Gonone, known for it’s crystalline waters, warm sandy beaches and hidden idyllic caves. We’ll travel by boat to experience several hidden coves with turquoise waters. Our last night will close with ceremony and blessing ritual.

opening ceremony and ritual, womb meditation and intention setting, breathwork and trauma release, sacred ritual dance, yoga, meditation, cacao ceremony, self-discovery workshops, and explorations of ancient sacred sites.
We will visit the sacred Divine Feminine Water Well. Do a guided visit to Porto Flavia Tunnel and a sunset walk to the viewpoint of Nebida.

You will take about a 45 minute taxi ride to our villa in Iglesias. Airport transfer is not included in your retreat price. Please contact me if you want to join a shared taxi. We recommend pre-booking your taxi with Gio, at Casa Corrias: +39 340 763 0904
NOTE: It could be possible to get a cheap flight almost anywhere in Europe and then fly directly to Cagliari. I usually go via Rome, simply to make it easier. But I've seen cheap flights to Lisbon, Barcelona, Iceland, Madrid etc which would be an easy direct flight (possibly separate ticket) to CAG.
