About this Retreat
I’m Shannon Jamail- a gal with a mission to help other women (you!) to connect, grow and thrive in all aspects of their lives. I do this as a best selling author,
a podcast host, a retreat leader, a therapist turned performance coach, as a speaker and a tequila connoisseur (not really but I do enjoy sipping on a good pour).

Does this sound like you? I have been there; feeling like an imposter, worrying I will be found out and that I was not enough. I have felt fear and have let that hold me back. I have struggled with anxiety and let it debilitate me in the past. I have experienced obstacles that I myself created and cultivated a life around negative thoughts and limiting stories.

Surrender, that sometimes curses too much. Simple, but pointed and raw in my teaching. I make mistakes, enjoy my tequila and know that in order to be truly fulfilled- I have to be connected, authentic, present & passion filled- and in that space is where I experience real purpose and joy.
Drawing from my own personal life experiences and the privilege of working with thousands of others who have embarked on similar journeys- I believe I have the tools to effectively help women through my different platforms: workshops,
coaching, programs,
retreats and
intentional products.
Formal credentials? Yeah. I have those too. Though I don’t believe a degree or certificate is the foundation of worth (not that I am not proud as sh*t of the work it took to get em).
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science and Nutrition Certification from Cornell University in addition to yoga & meditation certifications- for what I believe to be a complete mind & body approach to thriving.
I am a former Executive at a Fortune 500 company and a successful entrepreneur multiple times over.

A New Year's Yoga and Manifestation Retreat for Women
Embark on a transformative journey of intention-setting and manifestation at our luxurious Yoga and Grow retreat, where every detail is crafted to empower your vision for the year ahead. Begin your journey with a celebratory champagne welcome, setting the tone for a weekend of abundant possibilities. Indulge in chef-prepared, nourishing dinners paired with the finest local wines, and wake up to hearty, Texas-sized breakfasts, fueling your body and soul for the day's activities.
At the heart of the retreat, our manifesting workshops offer a deep dive into cultivating and nurturing your heart's deepest desires, providing tools and techniques to turn dreams into reality. Complementing these sessions, our yoga classes are meticulously designed to align your physical and mental energies, enhancing your capacity to manifest your aspirations.
The retreat also features a cacao ceremony for spiritual and emotional unlocking, a horse communication workshop to foster intuitive connection and self-awareness, and a candle making workshop where you can create a tangible symbol of your intentions, each activity intertwining to support your manifesting journey.
Conclude each day by the warmth of nightly bonfires, where stories and insights are shared, fostering a community of like-minded women, all united in the pursuit of a year filled with abundance, peace, and fulfillment.
Retreat Ranch is located on 46 acres in the heart of Hill Country Texas and our women’s yoga retreat is designed for connection- to yourself and others through nature, incredible energy and sacred spaces. Retreat Ranch also has unique accommodations and amenities including outdoor games, outdoor fire pit, meditation labyrinth, dipping pools & more.
Schedule
Thursday: Check in 3pm and after. 5pm cocktail hour. 6:30pm welcome circle. 7:30pm dinner, 8:30pm bonfire
Friday: 9am yoga & meditation. 10am breakfast, 11am workshop, 12pm-7pm free time (trail rides and optional winery excursion during this time too). 7:30pm dinner, 8:30pm bonfire
Saturday: 9am yoga & meditation, 10am breakfast, 11am workshop, 12pm-6pm free time (trail rides during this time too), 6:30pm healing & powerful sound bath, 7:30pm dinner, 8:30pm bonfire & ceremony
Sunday: 9am yoga & meditation, 10:00am champagne brunch, 12pm check out

Private Container Suite Villa Accommodation
Two adjacent but separate queen suites, each with ensuite full bathrooms, temperpedic style mattresses, luxury bamboo sheets, fluffy robes for adults and a sound machine for the ultimate in comfort. With a fridge and ceiling fan and small seating area inside, as well as a full front porch and an amazing ROOFTOP deck with fire pit. NOTE: if you share this accommodation you will be sharing a single queen bed in ONE of the suites (there are two separate suites in the single container pictured).
Note the rooftop deck is shared between both suites.

Private Serenity Cabin Accommodation
A private cabin nestled in the trees with their own ensuite bathroom. The cabin has two twin beds (that can also be turned into a king) as well as twin bunk bed (top bunk is 200 lb weight limit) and a twin sleeper sofa (that is more suited for a child). Temperpedic style mattresses, luxury bamboo sheets, fluffy robes for adults and a sound machine. Along with an 8 foot porch, it is the perfect accommodation to relax in. Private Tranquility Cabin Accommodation
A private cabin nestled in the trees with their own ensuite bathroom. The cabin has two twin beds (that can also be turned into a king) as well as twin bunk bed (top bunk is 200 lb weight limit) and a twin sleeper sofa (that is more suited for a child). Temperpedic style mattresses, luxury bamboo sheets, fluffy robes for adults and a sound machine. Along with an 8 foot porch, it is the perfect accommodation to relax in. Private Wanderlust Wagon Suite Accommodation
Introducing our latest enchanting escape, the Wanderlust Wagon! Nestled in the heart of our glamping haven, this cozy wagon offers a luxurious temperpedic style queen mattress with luxury bamboo sheets, a sound machine, fluffy robes for adults, a full bathroom equipped with shower, and an intimate sitting area perfect for unwinding. Delight in the convenience of a personal fridge, and savor the tranquility of your private patio — a serene spot to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. NOTE: if you share this accommodation you will be sharing a single queen bed.

Shared Bunkhouse Bottom Bunks Accommodation
The bunk cabin, is a cozy cabin set in the trees with 8 built in bunks, each with their own privacy curtain, night light and phone charging station/stand. The bunk cabin has ensuite bathrooms (two of them!) as well as a fridge, vanity stations, fluffy robes for adults, temperpedic style mattresses, sound machine and plenty of storage and outdoor sitting.
We still call it glamping, but this is taking it to another level! Come enjoy our comfy mattresses & luxury bedding while ensconcing yourself in nature!

Work Exchange

We still call it glamping, but this is taking it to another level! Come enjoy our comfy mattresses & luxury bedding while ensconcing yourself in nature!

Private Deluxe Yurt Accommodation
Our deluxe yurt is the glamping experience must-have! With approximately 350 square feet of space, it features 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Also has a twin size futon chair/sleeper (best suited for a small child). Featuring a high-quality tempurpedic style mattresses with luxurious bamboo sheets and a sound machine- your comfort is our priority.
This charming yurt has air conditioning, heat, full access to electricity & heated blankets and fluffy robes for adults. Stargaze at night on the private deck and relax and reconnect with nature in the seating area. This accommodation has a private detached bath. Come stay in a one of a kind beautifully designed yurt!

Private King Yurt Accommodation
Our king yurt has approximately 350 square feet of space, it features 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Also has a twin size futon sofa/sleeper. With a fridge and ceiling fan you have all the comfort you could desire. Featuring high-quality tempurpedic style mattresses with luxurious bamboo sheets and sound machine- your comfort is our priority.
Of course the king yurt has air conditioning and heat, with full access to electricity, electric blankets and fluffy robes for adults. Enjoy your private deck and relax and retreat from the noise of the outside world. This accommodation has a private detached full bath with shower. Come stay at our gorgeous King Yurt!

Private Moon Dancer Vintage Trailer Accommodation
Experience sleep like never before in our Moon Dancer vintage trailer that features a queen-size tempurpedic style mattress, luxury bamboo sheets, super soft blankets. dreamlike pillows and a sound machine to ensure a full night’s rest. Moon Dancer features a small fridge with a bar area and 2 stools and fluffy robes for adults. Unwind for the night, as you sip your favorite drink, and enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature on your private patio area as well as hammock lounge area. A full-size futon couch that doubles as a second bed is available in Moon Dancer as well and comes with its own luxurious linens. NOTE: if you share this accommodation you will be sharing a single queen bed.

Private Sun Chaser Vintage Trailer Accommodation
Reconnect with nature, as you wake up to the birds singing, in our Sun Chaser vintage trailer that features a king-size tempurpedic style mattress, luxurious bamboo sheets, super soft blankets, dreamlike pillows and a sound machine to ensure a full night’s rest. A small fridge with two barstools are available during your stay for a yummy nightcap. Complete with a private cozy patio and hammock lounge area as well as fluffy robes for adults, indulge in peace and comfort, during your stay at the ranch. NOTE: if you share this accommodation you will be sharing a single king bed.
