About this Retreat
Originally a dancer and dance teacher, Heini was introduced to yoga over 15 years ago. She fell in love with yoga’s ability to be tough and challenging yet soft and relaxing. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2011 and has taught ever since. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga as well as softer Yin and Restorative yoga. Understanding the individual and their unique build is a core value of her teachings. For Heini, yoga is about finding balance in the body, in the mind, and in life in general. It’s a continually evolving practice to be tailored to an individual’s needs, even in group classes.

Bamboo’s background is in alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and she absolutely loves yoga. She is one of the most passionate teacher-students you’ll find – always learning more to share with her students. Bamboo says: “I have found that yoga allows us to focus on the present Healthy body, beautiful muscles My mind is happy, and I want to share the joy of yoga with everyone. I want everyone to be happy and healthy together.”

Yine is an experienced yoga teacher and fitness instructor. She teaches with warmth and light-heartedness and a big smile. Her positive energy and encouragement can make you work wonders in class! She’s experienced in teaching all levels of students and an expert in tailoring the classes to her students’ level and needs. She teaches multiple styles of yoga and at Hilltop Wellness Resort you can enjoy her Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha Yoga classes. Yin says: “To me, yoga is a tool of health. And it's not just for physical health but includes also mental health and emotional well-being. Happiness is all around!”

Meaya earned her RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certification through Ananda Yoveda Shada. She specialises in Hatha, alignment-based yoga, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, and Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Chakra meditation. She is a certified crystal bowl therapist and Tibetan sound bowl healing therapist. She hopes her students will find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives, on and off the mat. Her classes offer unique meditative sequences with international themes, emphasising the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation.
Modifications and advanced options are made available for both new students and experienced yogis alike so that all can reach their full potential. She is honored to teach yoga, helping to bring balance, awareness, health and happiness into others’ lives.

Trains do not run to Phuket, but you can take a train to Phun Phin near Surat Thani, where you can catch a coach to Phuket. This is the closest train station.
There is free parking available at the resort if you are driving.
