Track 1: Astrology as a tool for personal and spiritual growth
with Stephanie Austin

“When you follow your bliss, a kind of track opens up, that’s always been there, waiting for you.” — Joseph Campbell

Life is a journey, and our birth chart provides a spiritual map and compass of where we want to go. Astrology provides an invaluable tool for understanding ourselves, others, and the role we came to play in this pivotal time on Earth. It details what we came to learn, and what we have to share. Astrology’s language of energy, cycles, and patterns can validate what we already know on a deeper level — empowering us to trust our intuition, live joyfully, and fulfill our soul intentions. It reminds us that everything is connected, everything changes, and that our journey is a part of humanity’s evolution as well.

This track will explore four primary areas where astrology can offer life changing insights — Life Purpose, Transits, Vocation, and Relationships. Each session will include ways to apply the information, time for questions, and detailed handouts. For those not familiar with the basics (signs, planets, houses, aspects), or an evolutionary approach, reading The Inner Sky by Steven Forrest beforehand would provide a good foundation. Please include your birthdate, place, and time (if known) when registering. Participants will receive detailed handouts to help apply what they have learned to their own charts as well as those of friends and family, clients and colleagues.

Track 2: Using Tarot for Insight and Developing Intuition
with Callie L French
Tarot is an ancient archetypal system that tells each and every person’s life story as it unfolds before them. Composed of symbols that have been adopted, adapted, and kidnapped from every other brand of Western fortune-telling, Tarot is simple in method and baffling in meaning. The more you know about astrology, numerology, the Kabbalah, Theosophical color theory, Neoplatonism, Christian theology or the history of magic the more information can be derived from the images on the cards. Tarot meanings are remarkably elastic and variable, which can lead to interpretive chaos, but which also gives it a vitality and responsiveness unmatched by any other means of divination.
Throughout the weekend we will explore Tarot through intuition, meditation and reflection. Beginning with a basic outline of the Major and Minor Arcana we will move into your own particular cards, your ‘constellation’ based on your date of birth (Numerology). Each day features ‘flinging’ cards, readings for yourselves and others before taking a deep dive into the esoteric side of using Tarot as a meditation tool in the afternoon, a key to a door; the beginning of a journey as varied as each person experiencing it.
Please bring a Tarot deck comprised of 78 cards, a standard Rider-Waite-Smith or Thoth deck is recommended. Oracle decks, Lenormand or Kipper decks will not be relatable for this exercise. Handouts of all material presented will be provided, but having a journal will be helpful with certain aspect of this program.
