Details of this retreat

Too often, the intense pressures of modern work and life serve more to sap our energy than to ignite it. We may find ourselves moving through days feeling dull, disconnected, imbalanced and burned out – in other words, stuck. But even when our inner light feels dim, soul-guided choices give us the power to reignite it.

Join wellness and empowerment practitioners Becky Vollmer and Michael Wilson for a special summer solstice soul reset. Blending deep reflection, purposeful movement, guided breathwork and sound healing, this one-of-a-kind retreat designed for high-achieving professionals will help you reconnect to your spirit and reclaim your joy. Sessions will help you align with your guiding values, gain clarity around what’s next, and rediscover the energy and joy that already exists within.

This all-inclusive, 3-night retreat includes:

Daily yoga practices crafted to soothe and embolden body and spirit
Focused breathwork and meditation sessions
Group reflections and discussions
A special healing sound bath
Connection with other high-performing professionals seeking clarity and balance
Luxe, spacious, serene accommodations
Eight delicious, locally sourced vegetarian meals
Reserved time for bodywork sessions, quiet journaling, or time in nature

Moving from Stuck to Joy is a unique opportunity to funnel the energy of the earth’s longest day of sunlight into the bright stardust within so you can return to work and life refreshed and refocused. There will be plenty of writing, so please bring a journal and pen. No yoga experience is required; the practice can be modified to suit your body’s individual needs.

Retreat for Rest, Nature, and Learning
Ratna Ling Retreat Center is a unique center located in a idllic setting amidst Redwoods, wild turkeys, quail flying by, deer on a path, and much to learn about the Tibetan Buddhist teachings and practices. I went for a writing retreat, the Sonoma County Writers Camp with the brilliant co-founders Ellen Sussman and Elizabeth Stark. The workshops and writing and yoga were transformative, and the meals and lodging and staff were gracious and helpful. I was happy to leave my phone in a drawer in the cabin while I participated in all the wonderful activities.

Beautiful Restorative Retreat
This was my first experience at Ratna Ling and I could not be more pleased with the experience I had this past weekend. The volunteer staff go out of their way to make you feel right at home and the food was absolutely delicious and so very healthily and mindfully prepared. The cottages are tastefully appointed and their spaciousness allowed me to feel settled and supported during my retreat experience. It's so very peaceful and I hope to return at least once a year for personal restoration.

I participated in a yoga and meditation retreat with Jill Lindsay and had a wonderful experience with her as my teacher and guide through restorative yoga, breath work, chanting and sound bath work. Jill is warm and encouraging and extremely knowledgeable!

Amazing space
The setting, the staff, and the architecture make for a fantastic experience - must see! Also the feeling of a place is hard to curate but seems to come easily at Ratna Ling. I'm grateful to have been and it is now on the top of my list of retreat centers!

Thank you
